Galena residents of all ages are encouraged to submit documents, high-quality photos, and/or videos featuring their favorite recipes.
As our digital collection grows, we’ll work to organize the recipes into categories. If your recipe is from a published cookbook, blog, or other work belonging to someone else, please cite the original source. We plan to make your submissions available for public viewing, listening, or watching. We would like to compile enough recipes to print a Galena cookbook for our physical collection in the future. Poor-quality images or videos will not be accepted. Please proofread and spell-check your recipes.
